Who we are, and what we do for the acts on our roster.
Ozone Talent Booking Agency is a subsidiary of Ozone Gold Publishing & Distribution, a full-service entertainment company built around talent booking, media publishing, global physical and digital music distribution, and film packaging and pitching services. We work daily with promoters, venues, and event producers who need entertainment booked — and we're always building out the roster of artists and bands we can call on to fill those dates, including support with tour routing when a run of dates lines up.

How a booking reaches you, start to payout
The same process runs behind every booking we fill — here's what it looks like from your side.
A promoter submits a booking request to us
Event date, location, budget, and audience come in through our promoter intake — we check it against the roster for fit.
We contact you
Our agency reaches out to confirm availability, lock in the date, and confirm fee, rider, and logistics directly with you or your designated contact.
We collect and hold the deposit
Once your performance agreement is signed, we collect the deposit and transfer it to you within 5–10 business days. Deposits are handled entirely on our end — you don't have to invoice or chase payment before the date.
Automated digital check-in on show day
Arrival and readiness confirmations happen through our digital system — no paperwork required on-site.
Proof of performance is sent digitally
Once the show's done, performance confirmation is submitted digitally and a text is sent to our agency to close out the booking.
Final payout is issued
With proof of performance confirmed, final payment is remitted via Zelle, Cash App, or in hand if we're on-site — released to the party designated on your registration. Depending on the tax status of who we're remitting payment to, a 1099 may be required.
For artists signed to our label
Physical product and QR codes at the venue
Signed to Ozone Gold Publishing & Distribution?
For artists and bands signed to our publishing and distribution company, we'll arrange for physical product — CDs, vinyl, merch — or QR codes linking to your music to be sent to the promoter ahead of your arrival, so it's ready to sell or hand out at the show.
Fine print: the cost of pressing and shipping physical product is the responsibility of the label or artist, not Ozone Talent.
Shipments must arrive in the US within two weeks of the performance date to guarantee delivery to the venue in time.
Distribution services are exclusive to artists signed to Ozone Gold Publishing & Distribution — not to every artist on this booking roster. If you're on the roster but not signed and want to ask about publishing or distribution, call our office or email us; it isn't something you register for on this form.

Before you register
A few things worth reading carefully.
- Registration is not a guarantee of bookings. Joining the roster means you're eligible to be matched against promoter requests — it doesn't guarantee that any specific number of bookings will follow.
- All bookings are final once a deposit is received. Cancellation after that point may result in a penalty up to the full cost of the booking, including any fees paid to our agency, and may result in removal from the roster.
- Failure to appear for a confirmed booking is treated the same way — up to the full cost of the booking, agency fees included, and possible removal from the roster.
- Every booking requires its own contract. Being on the roster doesn't cover future dates automatically — each confirmed booking is documented separately.
- Distribution services are exclusive to signed artists. Publishing and distribution through Ozone Gold Publishing & Distribution is only available to artists formally signed to that company, not to every artist on this booking roster. If you're interested and not yet signed, contact our office directly by phone or email — it's a separate conversation from this registration.
